With passion for empowering individuals to step fully into their potential, fostering personal growth and driving professional development, I decided to embark on the Executive Coaching postgraduate program at Hult Ashridge, after over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a global strategy consulting firm.  

It took some time to become the 2.0 version of myself: from a tendency to be directive and rescuing to seeing clients as resourceful, creative and whole, being at ease with not knowing and trusting the co-created coaching relationship in the here and now.
