Format

Every organisation is different. Every approach is too. 

I work fully tailor‑made — no standard packages, but a journey that starts from what your organisation truly needs. For inspiration, you'll find an example below of what such an approach can look like.

Part 1

Lunch Talk | 60–90 min

An accessible first introduction to the topic, suitable for a large group. Low‑threshold, inspiring and immediately applicable.

Part 2

Workshop | Half day

A deeper session for managers and/or employees — intentionally in separate groups, so everyone can speak freely and the conversation can truly go where it needs to go.

The insights from both groups can then be brought together as a starting point for further steps within the organisation.

Part 3 - Optional

Short Coaching Trajectory | 3 sessions

For leaders or employees who, after the workshop, want to go deeper or benefit from individual guidance around resilience and stress.
